SBCA Minutes - May 2019

Sister Beach Community Association AGM will be held on at 6.30pm Thu 6th June 2019 at the Pear Tree Café. Elections for President, Treasurer and Secretary will be conducted on the night. Nominations so far are;

President

• Stuart Gula (nominated by Lynn Hutchison, 2nd by Andrea Hastings)

• Judy Taylor (nominated by Daniella Jensen, 2nd by Fiona Loughran)
  *nomination withdrawn

• Jono Vincent (nominated by Cyril Smith, 2nd by Carol Dunstan)

Treasurer

• Ben Saward (nominated by Jono Vincent, 2nd by Mick Groom)

Secretary

• Mark Loughran (nominated by Lynn Hutchison, 2nd by Jono Vincent)

Further nominations will be accepted on the night and anyone attending the meeting is eligible to vote (via anonymous ballet).

Replacement Foot Bridge over Creek – WWC are planning to replace the existing bridge due to its age. They have provided us with proposed plans for feedback. Due to current standards the supporting structure is steel, however the council has agreed to wooden decking and railings to keep it similar and blend into the nature – please see plans below and provide any feedback to WWC.
