Sisters Beach Rec Park - Update

Hi everyone - here are the latest plans for the Sister Beach Rec Park (Scooter/Bike/Skate/Basketball).

We have now progressed to construction drawing stage and are getting tenders from local building companies.

The next stage is to apply for a State Govt Grant. We are also seeking sponsorship for businesses and individuals to help make it happen.

Background

This project is being actioned by a working group of local members of the Sisters Beach Community Association and the Waratah-Wynyard Council. It will be built on the current hardstand near the creek. Park Designer is Simon Williams of Concrete Dreams.
