Wildlife Virtual Fencing - Identifying Hotspots
SBCA are working with Waratah-Wynyard Council and Save the Devil teams on the proposal for the virtual fencing for Sisters Beach Road.
They have asked for community input to identify devil roadkill hotspots (locations where devil’s have been seen often).
See map below which shows some potential hot spots based on feedback from members.
If you have a google account you will be able to add your sighting to the shared map below. Alternatively, come along to the SBCA meeting on Thursday 6th August - where we can all look at the map and discuss before reporting back to Council.
If you can’t make the meeting and would like to contribute to this, please email sistersbeachnews@gmail.com
Woohoo – things are happening!
